Zumba Workout:-

A Zumba Fitness program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun workout that is more like attending a party than a dance or exercise class.

Swiss ball (Exercise ball):-

Workouts are very popular and considered a great way to strengthen your core muscles.

Weight training:-

Is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles. It uses the force of gravity (in the form of weighted bars, dumbbells or weight stacks) to oppose the force generated by muscle through concentric or eccentric contraction. Weight training uses a variety of specialized equipment to target specific muscle groups and types of movement.

Cardio:-

Cardiovascular exercise is exercise that raises your hearth rate and keeps it elevated for a period of time.
