Jive:


Jive is the perfect way to dance and have fun. It is also performed with a partner. The movements are usually simple but are set to a fast beat. This makes steps very rapid and stylized. Footwork and turns are both key to this form of dance.

Waltz:


A disciplined form of dance, which is always performed with a partner. Pairs tend to utilize large areas of the dance floor during routines. This form is very controlled and poised, allowing the dancers to flow with incredible grace.

Salsa:

Latin American dance originates from Central and South America. Among the numerous varieties are mambo, rumba, lambada and most famously salsa. All rhythmic movement takes place below the hip line, although there are lots of twirls, spins, lifts and throws involving the upper body. Latin dance forms require a lot of style and attitude.
